Did you guys pick up on the mentioning of a possible sequel? When Bob Orci was asked about the set, he says they kept the set for the battleroom gate so that…. (paraphrasing) ‘because they liked it.’ It almost felt like he was going to say ‘so that we can use it in a sequel.’ It is fun to think he held back because we first need to prove the movie’s success warrants a sequel. Even though I think one should be made no matter what. 🙂

I liked what Bob said about the quality of a sci-fi story. If you can describe the story without sci-fi elements, then that speaks to the story’s relevance to the ‘general’ audience. And I liked how enthusiastic Gavin Hood was when describing elements of the story. I think he is really excited to share his interest with this story.
