Following up on our last post about the Spanish language Ender’s Game Poster, I went and found some more different language versions. Check out the German, French, and Russian posters below! (Click for larger images.)

Thanks to @franiahs for showing me a photo of the Mexico version of the Ender’s Game poster titled El Juego de Ender, which led me to look for the poster online. Has anyone else seen a different version in a different country? I tried looking for La Stratégie Ender and Das große Spiel, but unfortunately didn’t find one for either.
Today the official Ender’s Game Twitter and Facebook released a new promotional image from the Ender’s Game movie. This one features an image of Colonel Graff that we’ve seen on previous promo images, but also features a new shot of Ender Wiggin.
So far, the only imagery we’ve seen of Ender in his Dragon Army flash suit is from the official poster, but that is a view from the back. This image features a very cool front look at Ender wearing his Dragon Army flash suit.
The tagline posted with it was “Prepare for battle.”

Thanks to an inquiry by Ender News, we now know that Cryptozoic Entertainment will be releasing autographed cards for their upcoming Ender’s Game trading card game.
It’s unknown at this time which cast members will be participating, but since their other sets seem to nab everyone, I can’t imagine they can’t get all the named cast members to sign cards.
For examples from their other packs, take a look at their Walking Dead set and their Fringe set (um, this Fringe fan is now upset I didn’t know about this before) and their Castle set.
Basically, the you have a 1 in 24 chance at getting an autograph card in your pack. This brings back memories of the pure thrill I used to get finding a hologram in my Upper Deck football cards. 😀
Those of you that have been waiting for the IF-Sentinel site to update need wait no longer! The official Ender’s Game I.F. site, which is operating on Tumblr, updated this morning with five stories that will help to immerse fans into the Enderverse.
The stories introduce people to the purpose of the IF, which states:
United under a single, harmonious government, the International Fleet serves to protect the Earth from another global invasion, while striving to maintain order and propel human progress on Earth.
It also establishes the concept of Thirds, introduces a campaign to honor Mazer Rackham, and mentions what sounds like I.F. preschools called Tactical and Strategic Training Academies.
The screenshot above is with the Mazer Rackham story, so this is presumably Kyle Clements playing young Mazer.
The I.F. has selected archivist Stephen Trawcki to head a new program that will draw deep connections between the military heroism and numerous accomplishments of Mazer Rackham’s life that can teach us all to be better citizens. “No one was spared from the attack,” says Trawcki, “it’s the job of survivors to make sure we never forget those who are gone and honor the hero who saved us.”
They’ve also got the overview of a mysterious planet:
Could this be the home planet of the Formics or just one of their outposts?
What do you guys think of the site? Check out all the stories for yourself!
With the teaser trailer less than 2 days away, the official Ender’s Game marketing team has been pushing out some really cool collages and digital manips of the imagery so far. Today’s image was a collage of the Battle Room and Ender:
In the middle photo, there are computer screen words. Here’s the image slightly enlarged:
Dragon Army
Leader: Ender Wiggin
Squad No: 416
Crew:// 15
Now, since these are just promotional images, I have no idea if they actually reflect how things are in the movie, but I admit I’m confused by the use of the word “squad” over the book’s term “toon”. Also, is the “Crew” number the entire army? If so, it sounds as though the army sizes have been severely reduced, which could make sense given the small scale of the barracks we’ve seen so far, but part of me had hoped that these were simply toon barracks, not the entire army.
What are your thoughts? Are the 15 crew members simply how many there are in Squad 416? Or is this just a promo image and we shouldn’t read into it too much?
Okay, so I lied a little and this isn’t a huge big POSTERPALOOZA like I said in the headline, but I just wanted to use that made up word cause it sounds so hysterical. Posterpalooza.
Posterpalooza.
Hahaha! Anyway… as I mentioned before I have 9 total posters to give away. I gave away three of them with my Easter Egg Battles and now it’s time to give away three more.
This one is pretty simple. With CinemaCon coming up next week, tell me what you’re hoping will happen at the con. We know that Hailee Steinfeld, Asa Butterfield, and Harrison Ford are all receiving awards so they’ll be there for sure. But press will most certainly get to interview them and then there’s the Lionsgate presentation on the 18th that hopefully features at least one of the cast members.
So comment here and tell me what you hope to see/hear next week and then log your entry into the Rafflecopter widget below. After you do that, you can do the extra entries.
Good luck!
On Easter Sunday, I decorated four eggs with the Ender’s Game army logos and until today have been simply letting them die slowly in my fridge. Watch the video below to hear how you can enter to win one of three Ender’s Game mini poster’s from WonderCon.
I have nine posters to give away in total and will be posting two more contests later on so that you guys have three chances to win a poster from EnderWiggin.net.
To enter this contest, simply comment on this post and tell me who you think will win the following battles in Egg Battle School:
I actually decided to change things up from the video a bit and for every correct answer you post, you get one entry. Make three correct guesses and you get three entries.
On Sunday, I will post the video of the egg battles so you guys can see who emerged victorious, then draw three lucky winners from the pool of entries. The winners will be announced at the same time of the battle video. Limit one poster per person. This contest is open worldwide and will end on Sunday April 7, 2013 at noon Eastern time.
Here’s a photo of the poster:
Last week, the official Ender’s Game movie Twitter account began tweeting and in its profile was the URL IF-Sentinel.com, which simply re-directed to Summit’s website.
The site now appears to be live, featuring a splash page. Any speculation on what is to come for this site? Sounds like we’ll be getting some cool International Fleet bulletins much like what Earth citizens would read on the nets.
The IF logo (nice to have a face-front image of it!) is on the left with the phrase “The next invasion in imminent. Stay informed.” In the background, you can see the words IF_FLEET_DIAGRAM, which leads one to believe that the photos in the middle top and bottom are images of IF ships.
In any case, the site looks pretty cool! It links to the movie’s social media, including a G+ page that I had no idea existed. 🙂
